Devin Caulk is a dynamic leader in Operational Excellence with expertise in financial management, business intelligence, and data analytics. A proud graduate of the University of South Carolina’s Moore School of Business, Devin has led transformative initiatives across industries, including developing innovative solutions for Fortune 500 corporate real estate clients during the COVID-19 Pandemic and building high-performing analytics teams across the globe. Beyond the corporate world, Devin is a passionate entrepreneur, co-founding Nomadd Life, an outdoor recreation and lifestyle brand committed to supporting long-distance hikers and communities in the Appalachia region. An avid hiker, Devin completed a thru-hike of the Appalachian Trail in 2022, an experience that continues to inspire his work and advocacy for outdoor accessibility and community development.

Dr. Austin Worden is the Director of the USC Instrumentation Resource Facility and the USC School of Medicine Applied Biotechnology Program, as well as a Research Assistant Professor in the Department of Cell Biology and Anatomy. He earned his B.S. in biology from the University of South Carolina Aiken, followed by an M.S. in biomedical science (applied biotechnology) and a Ph.D. in biomedical science (cellular and molecular biology) from the USC School of Medicine Columbia. In his current roles, Dr. Worden oversees advanced core imaging services and biotechnology education, training the next generation of researchers while contributing to scientific advancements locally and nationally. He served as the youngest Treasurer and now the current Secretary of the USC School of Medicine Alumni Board, and participates on numerous Graduate Program, Departmental, and Research Core steering committees. In addition, he serves on the Editorial Board of Microscopy Today, acts as an Ad Hoc Reviewer for the Microscopy & Microanalysis journal, and holds leadership positions in professional societies such as the Microscopy Society of America (MSA) and the Southeastern Microscopy Society (SEMS). Currently pursuing an MBA at USC Aiken, Dr. Worden remains dedicated to bridging science, technology, and business. Beyond his professional commitments, he enjoys gardening, sports, and spending time with his wife, daughter, and their two Australian shepherds.

Abbey O’Brien Barrows is an award-winning multimedia storyteller who leads digital content and social media initiatives at Kennesaw State University, driving innovative strategies that enhance the university’s digital presence. Barrows began her career as a television news reporter and anchor, earning several recognitions, including an Emmy Award, for her excellence in storytelling. Her professional journey has fueled her passion for empowering women, and she has served on the Atlanta Alumnae Club of Pi Beta Phi’s executive board for several years. Barrows credits her experience at USC with equipping her with the leadership skills and enthusiasm for storytelling that define her career. She cherishes her family and is grateful for the support of her husband, John, and son, Grayson. Barrows holds a bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism from the University of South Carolina and a master’s degree in journalism and media studies from the University of Alabama.

Cameron Driver is a 2018 graduate of the University of South Carolina’s School of Information and Communications, where he studied Advertising under the likes of Bonnie Drewniany, Karen Mallia, and Carmen Maye. During his time at USC, he won the 2018 Student Advertising Federation’s Gold Ad Show Award for his Heinz mustard campaign. He also received the Budweiser of Columbia Advertising Scholarship–which led him to pitch and create his own internship with the iconic beverage brand. After three years of interning, the role turned into a full-time position after graduation. There, Cameron launched his first major campaign for Bud Light that blended experiential marketing with cultural relevance. #IssaBarty made him one of the youngest advertising minds in the region to trademark a campaign idea.

After moving to New York City and working in PR and ad agencies, Cameron chose to leave client work behind to become the client. He now serves as Director of Marketing for one of NYC’s most prominent personal injury law firms, where he reshaped the brand’s image through high-impact campaigns across social, radio, TV, and out-of-home. He writes for major cultural voices like Charlamagne Tha God (another SC native), Angie Martinez, and Ebro in the Morning, with messaging that reaches tens of millions daily through platforms like Power 105.1, Hot 97, and iHeartRadio.

Cameron’s most groundbreaking work came when he led New York’s first bilingual personal injury subway campaign, reaching over 4.3 million daily commuters. He brought his unique approach to the personal injury space which isn’t only about media buying but about audience buying. With his USC background in sociology and advertising, he crafted a culturally intentional strategy that spoke directly to underserved communities. The campaign set a new creative bar for legal marketing in one of the most competitive markets in the world– with competitors now mimicking its multilingual approach and visual style.

To Cameron, good advertising’s impact is more than creative– it’s service. He works at the intersection of justice, culture, and community empowerment, building campaigns that show up with purpose. From youth basketball sponsorships in Bed-Stuy to toy drives in the Bronx, he ensures the brand stays deeply connected to the communities that built it.

Adam M. Mayer, MHA is a results-driven, goal-oriented, and fiscally responsible leader with 8+ years of  healthcare/financial management experience. He currently serves as the Associate Chief Financial Officer for the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) Health System and Chief Financial Officer for MUSC Community Physicians. Adam oversees the financial operations for ~$6B in total operating revenues (across 4 markets and 16 hospitals), 880 providers throughout the rural health network and leads 7 health system teams including Decision Support Services, Strategic/Operational Finance and Corporate Payroll Operations. In addition to successfully managing the growth and sustainability of his team, he also remains a top tier leader annually through the employee engagement survey – putting his team first is, and has been, a top priority for Adam in his career.

His exceptional track record of effectively communicating goals, strategically managing resources, successfully meeting deadlines, and continuously exceeding expectations has given Adam the opportunity to make significant contributions in different facets of the healthcare sector. Most notably, he was named in Beckers: “104 Healthcare Leaders to Know” in 2023 and has presented nationally on his work with service line development, financial accountability, and contribution margin enhancement.  He also was recently featured in American Healthcare Leader (AHL) magazine spotlight entitled “ Adam Mayer Is the Youngest Leader You Know” due to his remarkable impact early in his career.  Because of his unique abilities to analyze opportunity and capitalize on improvement, Adam also has partners with other leading healthcare systems to help achieve financial sustainability.

Throughout his career, Adam served as Administrator of the Orthopedic & Spine service line at Colorado West Healthcare System and as Business Director for Acute, Critical, Trauma & Musculoskeletal Services at MUSC Health Charleston. He received his Master of Health Administration from the Medical University of South Carolina in 2017, his Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science from the University of South Carolina in 2015, and is a proud graduate of Riverdale High School near his small hometown of Avoca, Wisconsin.

Emily Ariail received her Bachelors of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the University of South Carolina in 2022. During this time, she joined the lab of Dr. Michael Gower, which first sparked her interested in the immunoengineering field. Currently, she is a PhD candidate at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, where she conducts cutting-edge research at the interface of biomaterials, molecular engineering, and immunology. She is passionate about STEM outreach and volunteers with students at all academic levels, and she hopes to one day become a professor at a leading biomedical research institution developing next-generation cancer immunotherapies.

Jared Ham, PharmD, MPH, BCCCP, graduated from the University of South Carolina with his Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 2016. Originally from outside of St. Louis, Missouri, he has lived in various parts of the country, including Colorado, South Carolina, Florida, and now near Baltimore, Maryland.

After completing his pharmacy residency at Palmetto Health Richland in South Carolina, Jared developed a strong interest in emergency medicine and critical care. This passion led him to clinical pharmacist roles in these specialties at Memorial Healthcare System in Florida and Johns Hopkins Hospital in Maryland.

Through his work at these hospitals, Jared reignited his passion for research and became particularly focused on substance use disorder and advancing opioid-alternative therapies. This interest led to his transition into a medical affairs role within the pharmaceutical industry in 2021.

To further enhance his research and statistical skills, Jared pursued a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree in biostatistics and epidemiology from Tufts University, graduating in 2024.

Jared is currently the Senior Director, Medical Science Liaisons at Pacira BioSciences, where he focuses on the study and use of non-opioid analgesic medications. Additionally, he serves as a contract research scientist and statistician for healthcare institutions, working on multiple ongoing studies, including the use of cryoneurolysis in an opioid-free recovery pathway for ACL reconstruction surgery.

Molly Hall is a Senior Executive and licensed attorney with LogicSource, a sourcing and procurement services firm that’s backed by private equity. Prior to joining LogicSource, Molly worked for an AmLaw 200 law firm in the Economic Development and Corporate Transactions practice groups. She also worked at IBM, specializing in corporate strategy and stakeholder initiatives and for the South Carolina Department of Commerce as a project manager in the Global Business Division, focusing on job creation, foreign and domestic capital investment. Her wealth of knowledge from both the public and private sectors makes her an exceptional leader in economic development.

Molly attended the University of South Carolina where she graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. During her time at USC, Molly earned multiple awards and recognitions including the Darla Moore School of Business Emerging Community Leader Award. Upon graduating from South Carolina, Molly earned her Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where she served as President of the Student Bar Association and received the John R. Holland Scholarship Award for leadership. After graduating from law school, Molly clerked for the Honorable Michael G. Nettles in South Carolina’s Twelfth Judicial Circuit.

Outside of the office, Molly serves on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee for a local nonprofit, East Cooper Community Outreach, she also serves on the Regional Policy Committee for the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce and the Town of Mount Pleasant Board of Zoning Appeals. Formerly, she served as the chair of the USC Alumni Association’s Young Alumni Council, a board member for the Darla Moore School of Business Alumni Council and the Public Affairs Committee Chair for the Junior League of Columbia. Molly is a graduate of the 2024 Leadership Charleston class, Charleston Chamber’s Civic Leaders Academy, and a member of the Rising Leaders of Charleston Regional Development Alliance cohort. She is an active member of Christ Our King Church and an avid South Carolina Gamecocks fan. She lives in Mount Pleasant with her husband and two children.

Monty serves as Director and Head of Growth Strategy at a national ambulatory surgery center operator, where he leads a team of development professionals and drives enterprise-wide growth initiatives. Previously, he was part of the corporate strategy team at a major healthcare organization undergoing Chapter 11 restructuring, where he led turnaround efforts during one of the largest bankruptcies in the industry. Before moving in-house, Monty built his career in healthcare consulting at Guidehouse, where he held leadership roles within the firm’s strategy practice. Outside of work, Monty serves on nonprofit boards and has led successful grant-raising efforts to support underserved youth and reduce healthcare disparities in cities like Nashville and Washington, DC.

Andrew Kampe is the Director of Operations at Healthfirst, a not-for-profit health insurance company based in New York City, where he leads strategic initiatives to improve efficiency and deliver high-quality service. Before joining Healthfirst, Andrew worked as a consultant at PwC, gaining valuable experience across a range of industries. He graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2015 with degrees in Global Supply Chain Management and Operations as well as Finance. Andrew now lives in Columbia with his wife, Julia—also a proud Carolina alumnus from the class of 2015—and their two daughters, Clarice and Catherine Gray. He remains an active supporter of the Gamecock community and enjoys staying connected with fellow alumni.

Alexandria Brylawski (nee: Kemp) is a strategy leader at Collins Aerospace, an RTX business and global provider of advanced aerospace and defense solutions. As Director of Strategy, she leads enterprise-wide transformation efforts focused on disciplined investment management and long-term portfolio strategy, partnering with senior leadership to align growth priorities with actionable insights.

Before Collins, Alexandria held strategic roles across Raytheon Technologies and began her career in consulting at Avascent, advising clients in the aerospace & defense industry on market strategy, competitive intelligence, and M&A support. She has a passion for helping complex organizations grow smarter and more strategically.

Alex holds an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of South Carolina. She served in various roles in the DC Gamecocks alumni association during her 13 years in the Washington, D.C. area. She met her husband, Alan Brylawski (‘11), on the alumni softball team.  Alex is originally from Rhode Island and recently relocated to Charlotte, NC with her husband and their son, James. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, exploring new places with her family, spending time with friends, and cheering on the Gamecocks.

Cory Alpert is a PhD researcher at the University of Melbourne looking at the impact of AI on democracy. He served for three years in the White House during the Biden-Harris Administration as an Advance Associate in the Executive Office of the President, primarily detailed to the First Lady and the Second Gentleman of the United States. He was previously an advisor to the humanitarian response and war crimes investigations in Ukraine, and the senior policy advisor to the President of the US Conference of Mayors. In addition, Cory is an alumnus of three Presidential campaigns, including as regional chief of staff for Pete Buttigieg’s historic 2020 campaign. He has also held senior staff and advisory roles on Senate, House, Gubernatorial, mayoral, and state legislative races across the United States. He has also advised the UN Secretary-General on political and youth engagement. He is a proud graduate of the University of South Carolina.

Benjamin Murray is an attorney at Wyche, P.A., based in Greenville, South Carolina, where he focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and economic development matters. Prior to joining Wyche, he practiced at a large international law firm, representing public and private companies, as well as private equity firms, in mergers and acquisitions and other strategic transactions. Before law school, Benjamin worked in the White House Office of Presidential Scheduling, coordinating the daily schedule for the President of the United States. Benjamin also gained experience in state government through roles in the South Carolina Governor’s Office and the South Carolina Senate. Benjamin earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where he was Managing Editor of the South Carolina Law Review, and he received his B.A. in Political Science, summa cum laude, from the University of South Carolina.

Jamiko K. Cooper is a distinguished public health professional and commissioned officer in the United States Public Health Service (USPHS), serving at the intersection of health security, military service, and emergency response. A proud double alumna of the University of South Carolina, Jamiko holds both undergraduate and graduate degrees in Public Health and Health Administration, and currently serves as a Data Management and Program Analyst at the Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA).

As a Lieutenant in the USPHS Commissioned Corps, she oversees a $2.8M Emergency Prescription Assistance Program spanning Georgia, North Carolina, and Tennessee-providing critical medication access to uninsured hurricane survivors. She has deployed multiple times in 2024 alone for federal disaster response, and was honored with selection to the Surgeon General’s Honor Guard, representing the Office of the Surgeon General in the National Capital and Atlanta Regions. During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, Jamiko served as Medical Logistical Officer for the Air Force Reserve Headquarters, where she led statewide testing and vaccination efforts across Georgia. Under her leadership, over 2 million individuals were vaccinated and 4 million COVID-19 tests were administered at no cost to military families and civilians.

Beyond her federal service, Jamiko is deeply committed to civic engagement and mentorship. She serves on the Executive Committee for the Gwinnett County Board, advocating for equitable public health policies, and is the Veterans Alumni Council Atlanta Representative for USC, mentoring ROTC cadets, veterans, and female military members. Her efforts reflect a tireless commitment to representation, equity, and service at every level.

Elayne Pierce is a local communications and marketing professional passionate about serving her community through volunteer roles. Her civic service focuses on connecting, engaging, mentoring, and equipping youth and college students. Elayne volunteers with the First Presbyterian Columbia Youth Ministry, mentoring Middle and High School students. She also volunteers with Phi Mu as the Lambda Theta House Corporation President, supporting 460+ collegiate women and ensuring smooth operations of the Chapter House.

She graduated from the Darla Moore School of Business in 2018 with a BA in International Business, Marketing, and Management and again in 2019 with an MIB in International Market Development. Elayne has worked as the Communications Director at Riverland Hills since January 2022, after transitioning from the corporate sector in her role at Cintas. At USC, Elayne was involved on campus through Phi Mu, Campus Outreach, University Housing, and the Office of International Business Student Engagement. As a Phi Mu, she was encouraged and equipped to serve others through philanthropic efforts and leadership positions. This led her to work as a Resident Mentor and Lead Resident Mentor her sophomore year through her senior year at South Quad. In this role, Elayne loved the experience of helping others, fostering mentoring relationships, and building community enrichment. In her grad program, she continued this through her role as the Deputy Director of the Office of International Business Student Engagement. In this position, she helped to connect students through meaningful engagement and outreach events.

Stephanie Hoyt, Corporate Communications Manager, supports BD, a leading global medical technology company, and their Integrated Supply Chain organization. In this role, she works closely across the ISC and Corporate Communication teams to design and execute communication initiatives that drive associate engagement and awareness. Stephanie is responsible for enhancing internal communication tools and channels that effectively engage associates while supporting high-impact programs, change initiatives and events.

Stephanie has been a leader at BD for 7 years and spent 6 years in BD’s Ethics & Compliance organization where she was responsible for communications, training and education. Stephanie is also the co-lead for the local chapter of the Women’s Initiative Network (WIN) Associate Resource Group (ARG), the Communications co-lead for the national chapter of the WIN ARG and the Company co-lead for the national chapter of the African Americans at BD (AABD) ARG.

Stephanie graduated from the University of South Carolina, majoring in International Business, Marketing, and Human Resources Management with a minor in Spanish. In her spare time, you can find her at her local yoga studio, volunteering, hiking with her dog, Lilly, or traveling with her fiancé.

Sudipta Saha is a Senior Combustor Aerothermalfluid Engineer at Pratt & Whitney, a leading aerospace and defense company that plays a critical role in supporting the U.S. Air Force, Navy, and commercial airlines.. He earned both his M.S. (2019) and Ph.D. (2023) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Carolina. During his time at UofSC, he was awarded the Outstanding Thesis Award (summa cum laude) and received the prestigious SPARC Research Grant from the Office of the Vice President for Research.

Beyond academics, he was deeply engaged in student leadership and service. He served as an elected Graduate Council Representative for the Graduate Student Association (2020–21), where he advocated for graduate student needs and helped enhance the graduate experience across campus.Now, in his professional career, he continues to combine technical excellence with a passion for community involvement and mentorship. Outside of work, he is a devoted husband and the proud father of a spirited three-year-old daughter who keeps life fun and full of energy.

Millie Orlando is a rising leader in the luxury industry, managing client experience for Givenchy (LVMH group) across the EMEA region. A University of South Carolina and ESSEC Business School double-degree graduate, she launched her career in Paris where she now leads high-profile client events like Paris Fashion Week. She has been recognized as a torchbearer for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games by LVMH, representing emerging leadership in the luxury sector.

Cole Davis currently serves as the Director of Business Development for Davis Architecture. Davis Architecture has proudly served the southeast as a family-run residential and commercial design firm for over 30 years. Cole grew up in Columbia, South Carolina and attended Ben Lippen School. He graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2020 with BA in International Studies. Prior to his time at Davis Architecture, he worked in the president’s office at USC both as an intern and as the external affairs and communications coordinator for over 5 years. Currently, Cole serves on the Young Leaders Group committee for the South Carolina Urban Land Institute and is a member of the board of directors for the Edisto Chamber of Commerce. In 2023, Cole co-founded the South Carolina Gingerbread House Competition. The annual competition is a 501(c)(3) that invites design and construction firms around the state to participate. All proceeds are donated to non-profits that address housings needs in SC. In July 2024, Cole became chair of the USC Alumni Charleston Club. Since then, the club chapter has established a board, has begun hosting regularly scheduled events, and will be hosting its inaugural golf tournament on September 17, 2025, at RiverTowne Country Club. Proceeds from the tournament will go towards the endowment of the Charleston scholarship. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time on Edisto Island, traveling, and hosting friends for cookouts.

Nicole Dennis is a proud 2020 graduate of the University of South Carolina’s School of Journalism and Mass Communications. Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, but raised in Greenville, South Carolina – Nicole is the youngest twin in a family of nine siblings and the daughter of Robert and Susan Dennis. She brings both heart and hustle to everything she does. Currently, Nicole serves as the Coordinator of Team Travel and Facilities for the Atlanta Falcons, continuing to break barriers and make a meaningful impact both on and off the field. Her leadership journey was developed at USC, where she was a four-year member and senior year President of the National Association of Black Journalists. She also served simultaneously as a Resident Mentor, University 101 Peer Leader, and Student Government representative. Additionally, Nicole is a proud Spring 2019 initiate of the Iota Chi Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.

Following graduation, Nicole launched her career in collegiate athletics as a Sports Information Graduate Assistant at Mercer University. Her path took a pivotal turn after attending the inaugural NFL/NCAA Administrators Academy, which led to her joining the Atlanta Falcons as a Seasonal Assistant in 2022. During her first two years, she served on the Community Relations team and made history as the organization’s first Legends Community Coordinator, serving as a liaison between the organization and its former players. In that role, she helped execute major alumni events, including the 25th Anniversary of the 1998 NFC Championship Team and the launch of the inaugural 50/50 raffle, which raised over $234,000 for ALS. In 2024, Nicole transitioned into football operations, where she continues to bring her signature drive and excellence to team travel and facility operations, blazing a trail as the first woman to hold a position on the Falcons’ operations team.

No matter the role, Nicole leads with purpose, passion, and a deep commitment to uplifting others—truly embodying the pride and principles of being a Gamecock for life. When she’s not working hard, you can find her spending time with her family or on the hunt for the best sushi spot in town—because life’s too short for bad sushi!

Ally Weaver is an accomplished operations and human resources professional with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving process improvement. As a Value Stream Leader at Textron Aviation, she oversees over 35 employees and six aircraft interior product lines, delivering measurable gains in efficiency, productivity, and safety.

Before her current role, Ally served as an HR Business Partner supporting nearly 800 employees across six production lines, where she specialized in employee relations, labor negotiations, and talent development. She began her career in Textron’s prestigious Leadership Development Program (LDP), completing rotations in both business partnering and data analytics—gaining a comprehensive understanding of workforce strategy, operations, and HR systems.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, focusing on Human Resources Management, graduating cum laude, from the University of South Carolina and is currently pursuing her MBA in Supply Chain and Operations at Indiana University. She has been recognized with Textron Aviation’s One Team Award for upholding company values, specifically the collaborative value”.
