South Carolina License Plates

The Alumni Association is proud to partner with the South Carolina DMC to offer license plate styles for USC alumni and Gamecock fans in the state of South Carolina. New this year, the South Carolina DMV now offers a plate for our three-time WBB National Champions!

How to Get Your Plates

$40 of your license plate purchase will help support academic scholarships.

Instructions

  • ONLINE: Visit the DMV website, locate the University of South Carolina plate. Fill out the form and submit your order.
  • PHONE: Call the DMV Central Division offices at (803) 896-5000 and request a Form MV-95
  • IN-PERSON: Stop by your local DMV and fill-out the Form MV-95

 

Get Your Plate at the DMV
  • A South Carolina license plate featuring the words 'UNIVERSITY OF' at the top, the letter 'C' with a Gamecock mascot graphic on the left, a series of 'U000000' in the center, and 'South Carolina' at the bottom.
  • License plate commemorating the University of South Carolina Women's Basketball team, highlighting their 3x National Championship achievement, with the letters 'WB' followed by zeros, and 'South Carolina' displayed at the bottom.
