As part of our mission, the club aims to both support and grow the alumni base from our local region of Greater New York. Therefore, the NYC Gamecocks have set a goal to raise scholarship funds to support students who hails from the tri-state area of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.

The NYC Gamecocks Scholarship will be awarded to an incoming University of South Carolina student of high academic standing in need of financial support, based on criteria established by the local board and the My Carolina Alumni Association.
